One team, one court, one game

/ Why tennis?

Tennis became a symbol of teamwork for us because it reflects many of the values we share.

“Work is like tennis: you don’t get results without discipline and effort. Real progress comes from practice, training, and working on yourself.”

More on this in our interview with MMR (in Ukrainian) “We’re small, but we can take on the big ones”

Meet our co-owners. Both are serious about tennis.

Vadym NevmerzhytskyiCo-owner · CTO

Why the team likes playing here

We like working with data, trying new technology, and helping businesses grow.

01

Growth and learning

  • Big projects, big budgets, and clients abroad
  • Our team leads share their knowledge and support you while giving you room to test your own ideas
  • Every specialist has a personal growth plan
  • We cover 50% of professional courses and English lessons
  • Plenty to learn from: in-house scripts, custom reports, automations, and tools we built
  • We’re early to test new tools, build our own, and share what we learn with the team every week
  • A mistake isn’t a disaster. It’s a chance to grow, and sometimes a future case study
02

Structure, not chaos

  • We plan our work a month ahead and stick to the plan without rushing
  • A knowledge base, templates, and checklists that actually help
  • Few meetings, no red tape
  • Decisions happen fast, without layers of sign-off
  • Onboarding that eases you into our processes and projects
  • Specialists talk to clients directly
  • Anyone can shape and change how the agency works
03

Easygoing and friendly

  • A small team means no layers of hierarchy
  • Regular one-on-ones and honest feedback
  • Off-topic chats and time together
  • No overtime culture
  • Flexible hours, depending on your work arrangement
  • Everyone here knows their PPC, and they’re lovely people to work with, too
