What data we collect

Data you give us: your name, phone number, email, company name, website, a description of your project, and anything else you choose to share through a form, email, messenger, or on a call.

Data about your visit: which pages you viewed, how long you stayed, which browser and device you used, and where you came from.

Data from job applicants: your résumé and anything you send along with it.

We don’t knowingly collect sensitive data or data about children. If you are under 16, please contact us together with a parent or guardian’s consent.

How we get your data

Directly from you: through forms on the site, email, messengers, and the Calendly booking service.

Services that help us run our business: our website platform Weblium, Google, Meta, Hotjar, Microsoft, Calendly, and email and cloud providers.

Government authorities, only when the law requires it.

We never sell your data or pass it to companies that want to market their products or services to you.

Where data is processed

Data may be processed in Ukraine, the European Union, the United States, and other countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure and handled in line with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

How long we keep data

For as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you and get a copy; correct inaccurate data; ask us to delete your data or restrict its processing; object to processing; receive your data in a format you can take to another service; and withdraw your consent at any time.
